What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their behavior and actions that seriously impaired the safety of others.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not vacate or pay the amount owed by May 31, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting June 1, 2021.
