What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlords failed to meet their maintenance obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 or failed to comply with health, safety, housing or maintenance standards. The Tenant alleged that she experienced a bug infestation in the rental unit immediately after taking possession, and moved out on June 17, 2020 after advising the Landlord on June 16, 2020.

The Tenant's application is dismissed. No abatement or other remedy is awarded.
