What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application and requested an order on consent.

The ruling

The parties agreed to terminate the tenancy effective November 30, 2021. The Tenants must pay October rent of $2,300 by November 8, 2021. If the Tenants pay October rent, the Landlord will waive all arrears and application costs. If the Tenants fail to make the payment, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants, and for the payment of any new arrears.
