What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlords sold, retained or otherwise disposed of the Tenant's property before 72 hours had elapsed after the Tenant was evicted and did not make the Tenant's property available to be retrieved at a location close to the rental unit during the hours within 72 hours after the Tenant were evicted.

The ruling

The Tenant's application is dismissed. The Tenant failed to sufficiently establish that the Landlords sold, retained or disposed of the Tenant's property after the 72-hour period following the enforcement of the eviction order.
