What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The Tenant claimed he was coerced into signing the agreement, but the Landlord's representative denied this and the Tenant's claim was not supported by the evidence.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by January 15, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $201 for the application filing fee.
