What happened

Landlord applied for termination and eviction due to Tenant's substantial interference with reasonable enjoyment and lawful rights of Landlord and other tenants. Tenant requested a review of the original order. The review hearing focused on whether a conditional order would be viable to preserve the tenancy.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2018. The Tenant must vacate the unit by this date. If not vacated, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting December 1, 2018. The Tenant must pay $40.98 per day for use of the unit from December 1, 2018 until move-out.
