What happened

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction of the Tenants is denied on the condition that the Tenants make monthly payments of $366.50 towards the $4,398.00 in rent arrears and costs, and pay the lawful monthly rent in full and on time, starting June 1, 2021. If the Tenants fail to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
