The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $2,035.27 on or before July 31, 2022. If not paid, Tenants must vacate by July 31, 2022. The Landlord owes the Tenants $1,157.92 after deducting arrears from the rent deposit, but can deduct $57.37 per day for use of the unit from July 6, 2022, until the Tenants move out.
