What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $719.02 in rent arrears and $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 31, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting January 1, 2022.
