What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant had paid all rent arrears up to October 31, 2020, but still owed the application fee and NSF fees.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $20 in NSF fees and $175 in application fees. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 3, 2020, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
