What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy was terminated effective June 30, 2023. The Tenant is ordered to pay $12,876.57 to the Landlords, which includes rent arrears up to the hearing date and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenant shall also pay compensation of $98.63 per day for the use of the unit starting June 8, 2023 until the date the Tenant moves out.
