Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenant or by a member of the Tenant's household.

The ruling

The tenancy was terminated effective March 10, 2020. The Landlord was ordered to pay the Tenant $5,370.42, plus any prepaid rent for April 2020, for reimbursement of the last month's rent deposit, rent paid for March 2020, general damages, and shelter and food costs. The Landlord was also ordered to pay the Tenant $53 for the cost of filing the application.
