What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the tenant pays $19,986 to void the order and continue the tenancy by November 26, 2022. If the tenant does not pay this amount, the tenant must move out by November 26, 2022 and pay the landlord $18,539.40 in rent arrears and application filing fees, plus daily compensation of $72.33 for each day of occupation after November 11, 2022.
