What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and damage to the premises. The Landlord also applied for an order requiring the Tenants to pay for the repairs.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $29,886 by March 31, 2024 or $32,586 by April 6, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by April 6, 2024 and pay the Landlord $22,811.30 plus daily compensation of $88.77 from March 14, 2024 until they move out.
