What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $29,886 by March 31, 2024 or $32,586 by April 6, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by April 6, 2024 and pay the Landlord $22,811.30 plus daily compensation of $88.77 from March 14, 2024 until they move out.
