What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by October 1, 2022 and pay the Landlord $9,577.53 plus daily compensation of $43.01 from September 15, 2022 until move-out.
