What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 2, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $15,786.94 (less any payments made after August 2, 2023) by September 2, 2023. The Tenants also owe $73.20 per day in compensation starting August 23, 2023 until they move out.
