What happened

Landlords applied to terminate tenancy based on Tenants giving notice. Tenants filed a motion to set aside the previous order. Landlords did not oppose the motion and sought to withdraw their application.

The ruling

The Landlord and Tenant Board granted the Tenants' motion to set aside the previous order (SOL-26798-22) and dismissed the Landlords' application to terminate the tenancy. The previous order cannot be enforced by the Landlords.
