What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. If not paid, the Tenant must move out by December 3, 2022. The Tenant owes $2,154.75 plus $34.13 per day from October 26, 2022, until vacating. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting December 4, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
