What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 1, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount. The Tenant must pay $8,756.77 plus $46.94 per day starting January 22, 2022, for rent arrears, compensation, and related costs. If full payment is not made by February 1, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
