What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by September 9, 2023 and pay the Landlord $28,690.56 plus daily compensation of $70.68 from August 18, 2023 until move-out.
