The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant pays August and September 2023 rent by September 1, 2023 and pays the full monthly rent on or before the 1st of each month from October 2023 to September 2024. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant within 30 days.
