The ruling
The parties consented to an order where the Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,217.90 for rent arrears and costs in 5 installments from May to August 2023. The Tenant shall also pay new rent on time and in full until the arrears are paid. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the full arrears become immediately due.
