What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant. The Tenant repeatedly allowed unknown individuals into the residential complex, compromising the security and safety of other residents.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 30, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $5,880.11, which includes compensation for use of the unit, the application fee, and interest if the amount is not paid by the due date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
