What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated if the Tenant does not pay $1,419 by June 30, 2023 or $2,818 by July 8, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $275.94 in rent arrears and NSF charges, plus $45.99 per day in compensation for continued occupation.
