What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 22, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,887.98, which includes rent arrears up to February 11, 2022 and the cost of filing the application, minus the $3,100.00 the Tenants paid. The Tenants must also pay $48.33 per day for compensation for use of the unit from February 12, 2022 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 22, 2022, they will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order for eviction.
