What happened

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $10,775.79, representing rent arrears of $10,589.79 to February 28, 2023, and the $186.00 application fee. The Tenants shall pay $700.00 per month for 15 months from March 2023 to May 2024, and $275.79 on June 15, 2024. The Tenants shall also pay the legal monthly rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period of March 1, 2023 to June 15, 2024, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. If the Tenants fail to make any one of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the LTB for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
