The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $3,210.02 by April 30, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $987.38, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $38.45 for each day of occupation after April 3, 2024.
