The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,077.82, which includes rent arrears up to August 25, 2021 and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit. The Tenants must also pay $35.69 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting August 26, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants pay $2,356.71 on or before August 31, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
