What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order. The Landlord alleged that the Tenant engaged in conduct that seriously impaired or threatened to impair the safety of another person within the residential complex.

The ruling

The Board found that the Tenant breached the conditions of the prior LTB order by engaging in conduct that seriously impaired or threatened to impair the safety of another person. The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by April 1, 2023. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,386 for unpaid compensation for damage and application fees from the prior order.
