What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless Tenants void the order by paying $10,158.28 by February 28, 2023. If not voided, Tenants must move out by February 28, 2023 and pay $7,325.47 plus $46.91 per day from February 2, 2023 until they move out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 1, 2023 if the unit is not vacated.
