What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent and to recover charges for NSF cheques. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying either $22,106.00 by April 30, 2025, or $27,556.00 by May 11, 2025. If the order is not voided, the Tenant must move out by May 11, 2025, and pay the Landlord $16,178.99, plus daily compensation of $179.18 from April 29, 2025, until they vacate.
