What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The Landlords also claimed compensation for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date.

The ruling

The tenancy will continue if the Tenants pay the lawful monthly rent in full and on time for the next 12 months. If the Tenants fail to comply, the Landlords may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $186 for the cost of filing the application.
