The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $15,914.00 by February 18, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by February 18, 2023, and pay $10,284.23 plus $43.25 per day from November 23, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord must deduct a credit owing to the Tenant from LTB-T-020600-22 case.
