What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,276.21 in rent arrears up to May 31, 2021, and $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 5, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
