What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant. The parties agreed to resolve the issues in the application.

The ruling

The parties agreed to resolve the issues in the application. The Tenant shall remove all filth, clutter, debris and garbage from the back and side yards by February 28, 2021 and keep the outdoor space clean and organized for a 12-month period starting March 1, 2021. If the Tenant breaches the agreement, the Landlord may apply under section 78 without notice to the Tenant, within 30 days of the breach.
