The tenancy is terminated effective September 25, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $5,834.37, which includes compensation for use of the unit and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 25, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
