What happened

The Landlord applied for termination and eviction based on non-payment of rent. The Tenant raised issues regarding a withdrawn N12 notice (personal use) and alleged harassment by the Landlord regarding her cat and property. The Tenant had already vacated the unit prior to the hearing.
