The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $12,206.55 by August 31, 2024 or $14,156.55 by September 1, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $8,187.69 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by September 1, 2024. The Landlord is entitled to compensation of $64.11 per day for the Tenant's continued occupation after July 30, 2024.
