What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to their failure to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the order issued on January 22, 2025.
The ruling
The previous orders are cancelled, and the tenancy will be terminated on March 31, 2025 unless the Tenants pay $1,500 to void the order. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $229.67 and $45.81 per day in compensation starting March 6, 2025 until they vacate the unit.
