The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $1,195.85 by April 30, 2024 or $2,391.70 by May 15, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by May 15, 2024. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $39.32 per day for compensation for the Tenant's continued occupation of the unit starting April 5, 2024.
