What happened

The Landlord applied for termination of the tenancy and eviction due to non-payment of rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2025. The Tenant is ordered to pay $31,052.83 for arrears up to the hearing date and the filing fee, after deducting the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant pays $35,586.00 by November 6, 2025, or $38,386.00 by November 30, 2025, the eviction order is voided and the tenancy continues. Daily compensation of $92.05 is required for each day the Tenant remains in the unit starting October 22, 2025.
