The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $9,406 by May 12, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by May 12, 2023 and pay the Landlord $6,318.85 plus daily compensation of $39.45 per day starting April 14, 2023.
