The Tenants may void the order and continue the tenancy by paying $25 by July 31, 2024 or $1,220 by August 31, 2024. If the Tenants do not pay, they must move out by August 31, 2024. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $39.29 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting July 9, 2024 until the Tenants move out.
