The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount, the tenancy will be terminated. The Tenant can void the order by paying $6,633.65 by March 31, 2024, or $7,696.88 by April 7, 2024. If not paid, the Tenant must move out and pay $4,418.63 to the Landlord.
