What happened

The ruling

The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,390.33 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $175 in application fees, and $26.30 per day in compensation starting August 8, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant pays $8,175 on or before August 18, 2020, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
