If the Tenant fails to pay this amount on time, they will start to owe interest at 4% annually. The Tenant is also ordered to pay rent on time and in full for the next 12 months. If the Tenant fails to make any of these payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
