What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $6,401.92 by August 31, 2023 or $8,225.42 by September 4, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by September 4, 2023 and pay the Landlord $3,731.98 plus daily compensation of $59.95 from August 17, 2023 until the Tenant vacates.
