What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a Notice of Termination effective July 28, 2021. The Tenants failed to pay rent from June 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 and made no payments since the application was filed.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 18, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying $14,136.00 by that date. Tenants must pay $10,770.19 plus $64.11 per day starting January 8, 2022. If full payment is not made by January 18, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
