The tenancy is terminated effective May 27, 2025. The tenant must pay the landlord $4,871.86 plus $61.50 per day starting May 17, 2025 until the tenant moves out. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by May 27, 2025, the tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
