What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the arrears. The Tenant can pay $10,489.07 by April 30, 2025, or $12,230.50 by May 31, 2025, to continue the tenancy. If the Tenant fails to pay, she must move out by May 31, 2025, and owes the Landlord $6,386.14 plus daily compensation from March 20, 2025. The adjudicator delayed the eviction to provide the Tenant additional time to find new housing due to her personal circumstances.
